Phase 1: Restaurant Registration & Training
Hire inside salaried program managers to recruit, train and manage an outside contract sales force in major cities from 50 states to register in person 40,000 restaurants in 120 days.
Prioritize registering restaurants from our partners lists positioning Dine in Deals as an expansion of their existing incentive programs
Provide YouTube training through the app to restaurant managers on the variety of Dine in Deals templates and the management and accounting features.
Phase 2: National Advertising Launch
Launch a broad media campaign: Implement a multi-platform advertising strategy encompassing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pandora, Spotify, television cable/streaming, radio and podcasts.
Sunset face to face registration program commissions for outside sales people as signups will now happen organically as a result of national advertising.
Redirect the outside sales force to marketing enhanced social media packages and restaurant video segments. These services generate up-front fees that generate revenue and pay one-time commissions to outside sales people.
